Kosovo Special Prosecutorship has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department against A.A. for criminal organisation and terrorist group participation under the Kosovo Criminal Code.
The defendant in 23,11.2015, with full awareness, along with her husband, H.S., and her daughter, D.S. They have issued their permanent residence in Kosovo through the International Airport “Adem Jashari” traveling to Istanbul ʹ Turkey.
Then the same have entered the Islamic state in Syria in order to join the terrorist organisation I The SIS, which has already been funded with 50 euros a month.
