Two years in prison on bail Wednesday, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has pronounced the accused of participating in the terrorist group, Florinda Zymer, who at the initial session held on 14 January, has pleaded guilty.
The provisional sentence pronounced against her will not be executed unless she commits any other criminal offence within three years, reports “The Justice Vow”.
The announcement of this indictment was made by Special Department Judge Valbona Selimaj, who has announced that in the event of a suspended sentence in prison, the length of the sentence will be calculated even the time spent in house arrest by the accused.
Charged by the court to meet the obligation to visit the psychologist or other consultant, until for monitoring the implementation of this move, the court has imposed the Kosovo Sprovatory Service.
Judge Selimaj has announced that due to the difficult economic situation, the accused Zymer will be relieved of paying procedural expenses.
To this act, the parties have the right to complaint within 15 days of receiving a copy of it.
Presequently, charged Zymer at the initial session held on December 6th 2019 was declared innocent of involvement in terrorist groups, while in the trial review held on January 14th, it was found guilty of this work.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, November 19, 2019, has filed an indictment against Florinda Zymer, due to criminal acts “organisation and participation in terrorist group”, from Article 143, paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
According to the indictment filed by the PSRK, it is accused of willingly, on 23 August 2014, via the International Airport “Adem Jashari” in Pristina, leaving its permanent residence in the Republic of Kosovo to continue flying to the city of Istanbul of the Republic of Turkey.
P The SRK claims these actions were taken by the indictment in order to travel through the territory of the Republic of Turkey to Iraq and Syria in order to join the terrorist organisation “ISIS”, which was fighting and causing violence from widespread persecution in the killings in these countries, this organisation declared terrorist by the UN.
Otherwise, the accused was part of the Syrian-run group of women on April 24th this year. /
