The working group established by the FSHF and SFF, has calculated to detail everything that will require each in this event to ensure prosperity.
734,000 euros are estimated by organisers to distribute clubs for all the games to play, to provide accommodating transport, and everything necessary to hold a match within standards.
Each match for the preliminary phase has projected 3,500 euros per team and 4,000 for the final phase. Furthermore, the 32 teams participating in the final stage will benefit from 5,000 euros of the premiere only for participation.

As for development of activity, it is thought that everything will begin for the first and second category in March-June 2020. Splitting it into phase, the first will have 40 matches, the second phase 20 matches, but with the round-up system, while the third phase of 10 matches closing to a total of 6 weeks of the preliminary phase.
Further activity is thought to continue from September to next, exploiting championship break periods from representative matches.
For the first phase of the finals, 16 matches will take place, the second phase 8 matches, and the third phase 4 matches. Next remain to play two semifinals and the grand finale, which is not determined whether to be played in Tirana or Pristina.
Total activity will cost 1.5m euros, the figure that both federations will try to secure from the relevant states for at least 5 years, covering year after year only the part that organisers themselves fail to cover with the generated income.
