The Federal Court verdict states: “Revocation of residence permit results in disproportionate because of the amount of time it has passed from committing crime and because of the acute illness of the person”
The Lucern Cantonal Court had issued a decision to expel Switzerland from a Kosovar who was involved in drug trade. However, because the person in question is cancer - stricken, the Federal Court has overturned judgment in question, writes Louzerner Zeitung.

In addition, the canton must pay Kosovo legal spending on many of the 2,500 francs.
