Borrell: Government is your business, don't mix up and resume dialogue with Serbia

European top diplomat Josep Borrell has said the European Union is not complete without the Western Balkans.

During the conference with President Thaci, Borrell has said that the co-ordinators are free people who decide their own destiny and form their own government. He has said that after the government's formation, it will resume dialogue with Serbia.

The European Union cannot be complete without the Western Balkans. For us, stability and security are important, we cannot allow the Balkans to be divided, we cannot allow countries to be separate from each other. Kosovars are free people to decide for their own destiny, and it is their issue to form Government and not talk to us, it is the issue of Kosovars to decide their destiny and decide for their future.
