The bigger the better; Science shows that you must become a father after this age

Good news for fathers everywhere! If you are considering making a baby, think once again after reading this article after you can do your future children a favor. When a child has a father raised by science, he has an intellectual incentive higher than his peers.

A study published in “Translational Psychiatry” found that children born from older fathers were more intelligent and highly intellectual than those born from young fathers.

Researchers estimated 7,781 12-year-old twins in their non-bal intelligence, restrictive behavior and social behaviour. Then, their results were combined to form a “intelligence input”. Those highest ranked in the index had higher IQs, stronger concentration rates and less concern of adapting to others.

The boy's intelligence results increased if their fathers were older than 35 when they decided to have children. Men with fathers over 50 years of age in conception also had 32 % more opportunities to have IQ than fathers' sons under the age of 25, according to the study.

So why the connection? According to the authors of the study, the feature of intelligence is partly inherited from parents and partly because of mutations in fathers' sperm.
