Regarding this court ruling, State Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi has said they have no right to comment on the court's decisions even if I disagree with such decisions.
“We don't comment on court decisions even if we disagree with them, we don't have the right to comment, the only way to comment on court decisions is through the right to exercise a complaint”, Lumez told Insaderia.
Former Kosovo Democratic Party President Adem Grabovci, former minister of innovation and entrepreneurship Besim Beqaj, former deputet The PDK, Zenun Pajaziti, and eight other indictees have been acquitted of criminal activity “violation of the equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo in co-ordination”.
According to the chairman of the court, Shasivar Hoti, there has been no evidence that the accused committed the criminal work they are charged with.
