1. Give Your Self - Care Priority

For many of us, it is natural that they take more care of their loved ones.

We often do so at the expense of satisfying our needs. Unfortunately, you can't spill an empty glass.

Self - care should come first, especially to those who care for others.

Look at yourself honestly, carefully, and lovingly. Identify your needs.

Do you need time in silence every day? Counciling or group therapy? Helpful Service Work? An artistic expression? Relax? A weekend trip back with your soul? Give these needs priority. Fill them up without regrets.

2. Become Thankful

When fighting emotional demons, it can become natural for us to focus on the darkness in our lives.

Instead, turn your eyes toward the light. Whenever possible, take a break to identify the five things you are grateful for.

They need not be deep or meaningful. Just be good enough. For example, I am currently grateful for the water, the sun, the music, the bed and the internet. This exercise is simple, but very effective. He changes our outlook.

The world around us is starting to look brighter, happier. By acting in the world with gratitude, we can transform it into the place we want it to be.

3. Respect Your Body

When emotions are challenged, it is normal for us to let our physical health deteriorate. Unfortunately, that's the opposite of what we need. When our body is healthy, our mind is clearer. Emotions come under our control.

Make sure you get enough sleep. Stay hydrated. Exercise in such a way that you fit, moderately or rigorously, inside or out, just or in a group.

Eat the food that your body supplies with the nutrients it deserves.

4. Build a support network

The worst part of any trauma is being alone. As human beings, we were not meant to face challenges ourselves. We need emotional support. Because of this, there is a support group for almost every major emotional challenge. From depression to addiction, incurable disease to sexual assault, there is certainly a group of people like you.

First, you enjoy the warm relief that you are no longer alone in your fight. Then let them share their experience, strength, and hope.

5. Communication With Honesty

Bad will or not tolerance grows in you as long as you keep them. If you have a problem with a girlfriend, let them know. Tell her how she hurt you. Put your feelings on the table, quiet and polite. That's how you give yourself freedom of forgiveness. Remember, forgiveness is not about the other person.

Do not let another person's envy have power over your heart in one day.

6. Write your history

When our most difficult feelings remain in us, they become stronger. It's a relief decision to put them on the spot.

Use your pencil to regain your power. Let the words flow, then read them yourself. This is how you let your mind create a new mirror and perspective. You also allow your emotions to be released from your brain and body, and find a new home on paper. If you're injured, don't hide. Connect to the others.
