Wessel at the inauguration of the “factory Iso Term”: Failed to unblock 10 billion euros will give strong momentum to construction sector

Wessel has said that with the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Plan, it will have a direct impact on economic development and the welfare of citizens. He has said that under this plan, he also envisioned the accelerated legalisation of over 350,000 construction and residences without permission, which do not affect property or public interest.

Yesterday we inaugurated the new modernnotation plant “Iso Term” in Suhareka, which will affect the quality of housing for our citizens. Building new factories like this is very good news for all of Kosovo, because investing in the production sector creates sustainable employment and growth of the economy.

I believe that implementation of the Anti-Corruption Plan will have a direct impact on economic development and the wellbeing of citizens. Under this plan, I have also predicted the accelerated legalisation of over 350,000 construction and residences without permission, which do not affect property or public interest. To accelerate this process, I will build a specialised agency that will provide all services in one country to complete this process within two years, with only 1 euro per square metre.

This initiative will unblock about 10 billion euros of capital, bringing them into circulation of our economy and end real estate informality. These two effects will give a powerful boost to the construction sector, which currently accounts for 15% of Bruto Local Product and offers about 20% of employment in Kosovo. Many construction companies will benefit, including company “Iso Term”, which yesterday began a new success.
