Trial Reopens in Malisheva's triple murder, the damaged side reacts sharply

However, the trial panel led by Judge Guzim Pozheg has decided to reopen judicial review, with the argument that additional clarifications are needed regarding ballistic and forensic expertise, reports “JusticeBetrim”.

The court's announcement in this case was meant to take place at the September 6th session, but it was postponed for Monday, because, as Judge Gzim Pozheg said, the prisoner transport unit has not been able to bring the accused Maloku.

In this case, the accused is Blerim Maloku, but the one at the initial session held on December 17th of 2018 had pleaded guilty to illegal possession, while the accused of serious murder, Besim Maloku, was declared innocent, reports the “Bet on Justice”.

According to the indictment, filed on November 30, 2018, accused Besim Maloku is charged with taking the life of the Shani brothers and Bahri Maloch on March 9, 2018.

He is also accused of risking Ulyssus, Hysni, Gemajl and Africa Maloku's life, in a way that accused Maloku along with his brother, Blerim Maloku, have entered the victims' home to steal, where Maloku's trust had automatic rifles “AK-47”, calibre 7.62 x 39mm.

According to the indictment, now the late Shani and Bahri Maloku have been playing cards with Hysni, Africa and Ulyss Maloku.
