A team sent by Mogheri will come for monitoring elections in Kosovo

Central Election Commission Chairman Valdete Daka said that monitoring the elections is one of the most essential parts of the election process.
According to her signing of this agreement, the CEC's readiness to advance the election process in Kosovo expresses its readiness.
Daka said the election process will be monitored by observers of political parties as well as civil society in Kosovo.
On the other side of the European Union office in Kosovo, Deputy Chief Richard Serry said that for the fifth time, the European Union monitors the elections in Kosovo.
He also said this mission has offered some recommendations to the CEC, but that in previous elections they have not been implemented.
In addition to that agreement, in Kosovo an election survey will come a team where its leader will be determined by the outgoing EU diplomacy chief Frederica Moghrini.
