1-For healthier teeth, don't wash them immediately after dinner. Do not brush your teeth immediately after eating and drinking, especially if the food was acidic.
2- When you're tired, avoid energy drinks. Energy drinks contain five times as much caffeine as coffee, and they come with unpleasant side effects, such as nervousness, rapid heartbeat, iris, and so forth.
3-When you're swollen, drink more water. When you feel swollen, drinking water will only seem to make matters worse, but often it can help. If you're on high fiber diet then your body needs more water to function more efficiently.
4-Enter the notes by hand.
