Idriz's return to the workplace, Bytyqi has called it unmanaged and unilateral.
Through the complaint Bytyqi has filed on September 25th, which Koha Ditore owns, he has demanded that the August Financial Commission's decision be annulled.
“In the content and setting of this decision, the Commission is based on the statements of Ferit Idriz and Haneshahe Latif, who have been present on the critical day, where during the meeting in my office there has been completely unrealistic behaviour and in full opposition to the rules and principles of civil service officials, using insulting words against me as minister near this ministry”, the minister's complaint is said.
According to Bytyqi, the Commission has worked contrary to the regulation for disciplinary procedures in the civil service. This, as it says in the complaint, did not interview Bytyqi, but only Idriz and the other official who has been at the meeting when the conflict occurred. For this, the minister has demanded that the decision be rejected as unfounded.
