At its beginning, Megan Fox was one of the biggest names in Hollywood, as a protagonist in “Genifer's Body,” “Transformers” etc. Since the golden period of her career, Megan has worked in the background with movies and serials, served as a producer, raised three children, and stayed away from the public eye. Ten years after the premiere of “Genifer s Body,” Megan spoke to the screenwriter, Diablo Cody, and said she suffered a psychological crisis” as a result of hypersexuality for many years.
In a video on Tonight's Efficiency, Megan told Diablo that she was upset about the bad criticism of “Jennifers Body” because she was worried about something else.
I had many things in mind back then and the movie that was criticized was the first of my worries. I had a very tense relationship with the public, the media, the journalists, and I was suffering a lot. That moment was especially painful, part of what I was experiencing then,” she said.
And permanent objectivity caused a psychological crisis.
I didn't want to be seen, I didn't want to take pictures, I wanted to go to the magazines, I wanted to walk on the carpet, I didn't want to be seen in public for fear and belief that I'd probably be kidding or spit or somebody would yell at me, or people would throw stones at me just because I was out. It was a very dark moment,” explains it.
Another thing that affected people's thinking about Megan is that she talked about hypersexualisation and objecting years before moving #MeToo.
