This is after the prosecution and police have launched investigations against them, and this Sunday the first person to have been identified by institutions has been interviewed.
On Friday of this week, it is reported that some citizens have cast their vote for sale.
This is what citizens are doing on the website that is used for stock and real estate trading, MerriJep.
After that, Kosovo police, along with the Prosecution, have launched investigations into these cases and have begun interviewing citizens who have committed criminal acts by casting out the vote for sale.
Prosecutor Ilaz Beqiri has confirmed this.
We've initiated the case in the police, the police are working on this case. So far we've been able to find one person, the same person has been interviewed today. A.G. Pristina resident has been interviewed today. We're working on interviewing other people and there won't be any partners. Everyone will respond to the actions they are doing to”, Beqiri told Gazeta Express.
Beqiri has added that the interviewee has admitted to publishing the announcement in Merriphep, but has said he has not done it in order to sell the vote, but only in the form of a joke.
He said how much he looked like a joke, said he didn't know it could have consequences of”, Beqiri stressed.
Beqiri disclosed that the suspect has been released in regular procedure.
