Women, especially in developed countries, spend much time, money, and effort to challenge the aging process. That's why cream ads and beauty products have filled our screens.
However, despite attempts to appear and feel younger, many people can accelerate aging of their cells... simply by sitting down for a long time.
A research by researchers at the University of California, San Diego, published in the “American Journal of Epidemiology” confirmed that sitting down for a long time speeds up cell aging.
This study revealed that sitting down significantly cut the telomeres of older women. This made their cells biologically eight years older than the cells of older women who engaged in physical activity. Researchers found that women who exercised at least 30 minutes a day did not have the shorter length of the telomeries.
Discussions about the benefits of training should begin when we are young. Physical activity should continue to be part of our daily lives as we grow up, even at the age of 80.
Clearly, if you want to stay as young as possible, as long as possible, it is very important to move your body.
