Scientists have analyzed the dietary habits of more than 600 women in Puerto Rico. They have noted that women who consumed onions and garlic daily were less endangered and affected by breast cancer.
According to statistics, an eight women are affected by breast cancer. Finding the most natural methods for fighting and preventing this disease, which has very low prognosis, is very necessary.
Onions and garlic are preferred to be consumed fresh because just a minute in heat and they have the ability to lose nutrients. These two products contain a large number of antioxidants, known for their inhalation of uncontrolled cell growth.
According to experts, women have to take good care of their way of looking out because even previous studies have found that certain foods are linked to breast cancer. According to them, a walking or giving up processed foods would be a good start.
