Kosovo police have arrested two people in Obilic.
This, after a disagreement over establishing a sewer hole, suspects have physically clashed.
Meanwhile, the third suspect (the brother of one of the suspects) has been involved in the clashes.
At the prosecutor's decision, the two suspects have been sent to custody for 48 hours, while the third suspect has been released in regular procedure.
