According to the prosecution, until the physical clash and then there were gunshots between suspects, F.R., M.R., and B.M., N.M., M.M., who have been involved in this case.
The prosecution says that on one side people with F.R. initials, and M.R., while on the other, suspects with initials B.M., N.M., and M.M. have fired guns.
“Sq, as a result of mutual shooting, injuries and severe injuries at the scene, have suffered suspects with initial F.R., M.R., B.M., and the random passer-by, now injured G.R. At the scene have immediately reacted to the relevant units by taking all necessary actions, the caretaker prosecutor, who has appeared at the scene, has been announced. By order of the caretaker prosecutor, they have been detained for 48 hours, people with N.M. initials, M.M., and F.R., due to suspicion that they have committed criminal acts “heavy murder” by Article 173 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code and “retaining ownership, auditing or unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 366 of KPRC”, it says.
By order of the prosecutor, lifeless bodies have been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine, and will be ordered to become an objective, in order to determine the causes of their death.
