Greek seismologist Akis Tselentis in his interview with Top Channel journalist Alexander Mark also spoke of warnings he had delivered to President Ilir Meta earlier.
Tselentis explained the Albanian president's statements a few weeks ago.
And I tried because I was scared, and then I tried to change a little bit of the saying, because these things are not said, you know, very well that's not public. Estimates of earthquakes that may occur are not made public because you can cause panic and cause an even bigger bull”, says Tselentis.
He shows that he denies it.
I denied it for reasons understood. Because I don't want these things to be said in the common people. These only become known to state services”, he relates.
Tselentis says caution should be taken care of and that the current situation was not a surprise to him.
President Ilir Meta had warned in July of the earthquake that occurred in Albania.
Meta had said he was informed by international media of the warning of a term hitting the Balkans.
