Legalisation of 350,000 properties unblocks 10 billion euros in capital

There are more than 350,000 illegal property in Kosovo, while the chairman of Kosovo Kadri Veselini's PDK has warned legalisation of all property that is not controversial. And this initiative has been welcomed by citizens, but also by the builders of objects while considering the process delayed. Citizens of over 350,000 properties on the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo are continuing to have no possessive sheets on their property. Although many constructions have been completed, even those under construction have been unable to provide such documentation. And the consequences of this constant problem are hurting citizens and construction companies.

But a quick initiative to solve this multi-year-old problem, days ago has warned Kosovo Democratic Party Chairman Kadri Wessel. According to recent estimates, there are about 10 billion euros in investments in these properties that are blocked in the absence of possessive sheets. Nuhi Kryeziu, a Pristina citizen, has said the lack of possessive paper certainly poses a problem for borrowing. You don't know what you can do. It would be good to launch such an initiative to issue possessive sheets, to make legalisation daily, to everyone who owns his property, his wealth, his home and residence”, Kryeziu said.

Other residents of the capital have welcomed the initiative, hoping that a solution to this problem will soon enable possessive paper equipment for their properties.
