Kosovo seeks international arrest warrant for Daciqi adviser

During 2019, Serbia's Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic had presented several verbal notes of various states that, according to him, have attracted recognition of Kosovo independence.

Ivica Dacic's adviser is accused of working against Kosovo. According to Kosovo's MPJ, the same person is engaged in some corrupt relatives.

For this reason, international arrest warrants have been issued against Daciqi's adviser.

Behgjet Pacolli adviser Jtlir Zyberaj says Daciqi's adviser, Vdalmir Cizel, works against Kosovo's interests.

This person is accused of working against the state of Kosovo.

It is this Vdalmir Cizem paid by Serbia's Minister of Foreign Affairs to work against the interests of Kosovo.

He is often seen in pictures with Serbia's Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic.

According to the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cizej is involved in several large corrupt links.

Even according to MPJ minister Jethlir Zymberi's adviser, this person has engaged heavily in several African states to recognise Kosovo.

The “is involved in several large relatives... and a scandal in Venezuela... and each launch of verbal marks on Kosovo. This person has corrupted part of those countries just to sign it, but they haven't been informed of the authority of those countries. You have the case of Liberia, Ghana and other states”.

For this, Zyberaj is calling for action by Kosovo justice institutions.

He is even seeking the release of an international arrest warrant for Vdalmir Cizel.

Even this case says it has been addressed to the Pristina Prosecutor.

I believe that an international warrant in this direction not only for this, but for Daci's would serve the war for international crime. There will only be delay, since he has been corrupt... and he will be held accountable... Of course we've addressed this issue to the Kosovo Prosecutor, but it's their question of formalism and demand to speak international arrest”.

Meanwhile, prosecutor Armend Hamiti has said they have not yet received any requests from the MPJ for the launch of investigations into Vdalmir Cize.

T7 is also interested in the Ministry of Justice in the matter.

But, in a response from this institution, they have said the international warrant is required by the competent Court following the prosecution's proposal to the Department of International Co-operation in Justice Ministry.
