A 32-year-old from Kosovo has killed his wife with a wooden stick in Vienna.
The 32-year-old killed his wife Friday afternoon, until she was shot dead with a wooden stick.
The man after performing the macabre act went to the police station, and about 2300 hours he informed authorities of the murder he committed.
The woman was found dead in the apartment where the couple lived, the Austrian police have announced today.
Kosovar had claimed to have hit the woman and probably killed her.
Even the woman, as local media report reported, was 32 years old until there was wound to the back of her head.
The 32-year-old was immediately arrested under suspicion of murder. He will be interviewed on Saturday, police spokesman Paul Eidenberger said.
The woman's lifeless body was sent for autopsy. The 32-year-old Kosovar is the 18th woman killed this year in Austria.
