Ambassador of the United States Philip Costett has welcomed Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor's decision yesterday to file the indictment against the two former deputies, Milaim Zeka and Shumbin Demalij.
The Zeka and Demalijaj are suspected of criminal acts, threatening prosecutors.
In a response to Twitter Kosnett, he said it is unacceptable that in democracies, revenge is threatened or warned of anyone in the judicial system.
Good”Work by the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for the establishment of charges against the two former deputies as suspects of threats against prosecutors. Threats or revenges on anyone in the judicial system -- witnesses, prosecutors, defence parties, police judges -- is not acceptable in democracy”, Costet wrote.
