Palocaj has shown that there is better mood in the eastern EU countries than in key countries like France and Germany for the Balkan countries' accession.
He also indicated that after three weeks The EU is expected to make a positive decision on opening negotiations with Northern Macedonia, but not for Albania, writes Periscopi.
Furthermore, Palockaj has meant that the EU has exacerbated its stance on enlargement even because of problems in the past with Croatia and Slovenia.
