The survey by an agency and CNN puts the senator from Massachusetts by 22 percent while former vice president Biden has only 20 percent.
Vermont's senator Bernie Saunders ranked third with 11 percent, before Pete Buttigigeg, who received 9%, writes The Guardian, translates Periscopi.
Next were other candidates such as Kamala HARRIS, Cory Booker and ASmy Klobuchar.
Beden continues to be the first in the main national survey of 30 percent, while Warren has 19 and Sanders 16.
Senator Warren had called for President Donald Trump to be charged.
