From the Kosovo National Institute of Public Health (IKSHPK) say that after receiving information about the water contamination allegations in a part of the Rahovec municipality's water supply, managed by CRU “Randoniqi”, they have gone out on the field and done a regular check and water monitoring for drink.

Waiting for tests and the current situation, the National Institute recommends:
- CRU “Randoniqi” as soon as normalising water production in the municipality of Rahoveci and continuing to control the drinking water across Gjakova's entire territory and reinforce control.
- The company must regularly disinfect water, raise vigilance and protect the water resources under MMPH laws and regulations.
- The supply of well - maintained water for drinking and preparing food.
