Today marks the 21st anniversary of one of the worst massacres that the Serbian police and Army committed to the Albanian civilian population, the massacre of Abria Drenica.
PDK deputy candidate Bekim Haxhiu, along with associates, has been paying their respects at the cemetery of 23 members of the Deliu massacred and at the tomb of martyrs Valdet Xhemajli, Vesel Demaku and Africa Hajdari.
According to Haxhiu, the sacrifice of these people laid the foundation of Kosovo's freedom and independence.

The Drenica Abria massacre is one of the worst massacres that the Serbian police and army committed to the Albanian civilian population. On this 21st anniversary, we remember the shed blood of the 23 sides of the Deliu family and the martyrs Valdet Xhemajli, Vesel Demaku and Africa Hajdari that laid the foundations of Kosovo's freedom and independence with their blood.
