The incumbent Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, has signed in the Book of Montenegro for the loss of former French President Jacques Chirac, Kosovo reports.
Through a Facebook post, Haradinaj said Kosovo would always remember Chirac as a unique supporter of our right.
