Minister Berisha's full announcement can read it here:
Today the first generation of KSF cadets was sworn in with a military mandate. These selected boys and girls vowed to honor the KSF uniform and defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.
As minister of defence on duty, I am proud of our army girls and boys, deputy officers and officers, who, with their successes in schools and training completed at various NATO countries, have shown excellent performance and have honored the KSF.
The human factor, capable and motivated, is the basis of each organization, so seeing them today listed, young and energetic, I am convinced that the future of Kosovo and KSF is safe.
The KSF and the Ministry of Defence for many years are the most reliable institutions in the country, above all, thanks to the professionalism and hardworking service of our officers, NCOs and soldiers.
Today, on this great day for KSF, we all bow down to the sacrifice and support of parents of these cadets, who have educated and made honest citizens of the country. I am convinced that in their country service, they will make their families and all of us proud.
Our strategic goal is NATO membership and, regardless of the instant geopolitical challenges, with girls and boys like that, the Euro-Atlantic future of the Republic of Kosovo is certain.
Congratulations and good priest!
