Fatmir Limaj invites exiles to return: Initiative Building Strategy for diaspora

Through a Facebook text, Limaj said the Social Democrat Initiative is drafting the diaspora strategy.

“Social Democratism, through the creation of an internal department for the diaspora, aims to be the voice of fellow citizens, regardless of countries where they live or their political orientation. The treatment of the diaspora as part of Kosovo, as well as the creation of space for their direct involvement in policymaking, is useful, especially for our state”.

He added that the diaspora's role in all phases of statehood and statehood is inconsistent, so recognition of the diaspora as the constitutional category is necessary.
