Hoxhaj has said Pacolli is the last man in Kosovo to deal with foreign policy.
The “attempting to cover his inability in diplomacy with low disks, not only is it showing how few creditors there are, but unfortunately it is also undermining the credibility of the state of Kosovo”, Hoxhaj wrote in his Facebook response.
Hoxhaj said the foreign ministry has left him with 114 recognitions, but with Pacolli as minister has questioned recognition by a two-way number of states.
According to Hoxhaj, the “mosdy and the lack of strategy on the part of Pacolli has made Russia and Serbia's campaign against Kosovo” much easier.
