Former prosecutor Blakaj was named “the chicken eater” and “desertor” by outgoing Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who indicated his flight was unreasonable and jeopardised the visa liberalisation process for Kosovo.
Public opinion looked forward to a clarification by Mr. Blakaj about the threats he had received and generally a picture of the functioning of the judiciary in the country. But from his first letter on September 16th last year, Blakay had a very weak intellectual level, with sentences ranging from spelling, syntax, and logical errors.
Excited with fame, Mr. Blakaj seems to have been bothered again to write another letter. And again this time, he demonstrated his problems with Albanian that show that he cannot structure the sentences he thinks about and that he cannot understand what he reads.
Blakaj, as you can see in his letter below, there is a big problem with using the letter “ ”, with the punctuation signs, the paragraph sharing, the structure of the sentences, and especially the clarification of their meaning, writes Periscope.
In a paragraph of his letter, Mr. Blakaj refuses Kurti's offer to return to Kosovo to take over the post of chief state prosecutor, which Alexander Lumezi currently exercises.
“Regarding the chief prosecutor's position, we all know there are separate criteria, rules and procedures (because it's separate power) and nobody's right and I can't assign anyone to this position because it's not part of the executive. So if someone's got a different understanding and thinks it's possible, they're totally wrong.
