Earthquakes: Greece Supports Albania

The Greek Foreign Ministry has expressed its message on Twitter its support and solidarity towards the Albanian people and government that are facing the difficult situation following the impact of the powerful earthquake that rocked the country.

Geology professor at the University of Athens, Efthymis Lekas, speaking of the phenomenon, has stressed that the earthquake in Albania does not pose any particular danger in order to cause new quakes in Greece, where earthquake quakes are a frequent phenomenon, even many times with human life consequences.
