Decision for suspects in armed conflict between Rafuna and Mehmeta families

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, following the prosecution's request, has ruled for a month of detention for suspects involved in the case of armed conflict between two families in Pristina's neighborhood town, Matti 150.
Indexline learns that Naim Mehmeti has been sentenced to one month's detention for attempted murder.
While the other defendant, Miftar Mehmet, has been assigned a month-long detention measure on charges of participating in the beating.
The same measure, however, has been pronounced to Fadil Rafuna, the chief suspect in the murder of the Union Mehmet.
Of the tragic case in Pristina, two people -- Bashkim Mehmeti and Mefail Rafuna -- were killed.
Two others who were injured are in serious health.
The motive of this conflict was due to a property dispute.
