Everyone agrees that overdrinking alcohol during pregnancy or even for fun is not a good idea. Are you drinking “used”? Yes, overdrinkers significantly shorten their lives, but after all, even antialcoholists will die one day. If smoking is bad, smoking is even worse. This logic may not apply to alcohol consumption. In fact, alcohol consumption affects general mortality, but it seems to be only for those who do not care enough for themselves.
Moderate drinking seems to protect you from heart disease, perhaps because of its effect on the diluting of blood, but it has been found that even if you drink sparingly (less than a drink a day), the risk of cancer increases. How does something that increases the risk of cancer last a lifetime? Cancer is the second deadly disease. Since heart disease is the leading cause of death, this explains why those who consume alcohol moderately may live longer than those who do not consume at all. But this advantage may be limited to those who do not practice minimum health care.
To find out who benefited from moderate alcohol consumption, researchers took some 10,000 men and women and followed them for more than 17 years after they praised their drinking lifestyles and habits. The results were published in a scripture entitled “Who benefits most from the cardiprotechent properties of alcohol consumption: health fanatics or sloths?” What is a health fanatic? According to the scholars ' definition, it is every person who is trained for 30 minutes a day who does not smoke and consume at least 1 ration of fruit or vegetables a day. (What does this indicate about our present diet, if you eat an apple a day, you're a health fanatic? )
One or two drinks a day reduced the risk of heart disease among the lazy, those who make an unhealthy lifestyle. But people who showed the potential minimum health care showed no benefit from alcohol consumption. The moral of all of this: grapes, barley and potatoes should be consumed in their natural form and “Johnnie Walker” can never be the substitute for a walk.
