The health benefits that bring sunlight to your home certainly weigh more than any danger of privacy.
While worry about privacy can prevent you from keeping your roles open during the day, you can change your mind when you realize how important it is for sunlight to take you to your home.
While you may be focused on removing dust from your home, according to an article published in “Science Daily”, setting the sun's rays at home through windows can help drown bacteria living in the remaining dust, and this can help reduce the risk of respiratory diseases.
Experts have shown that bacteria are better able to survive and reproduce in dark rooms about 12% more actually.
However, in rooms where bacteria are exposed to sunlight, only 6.8% of them are able to continue surviving.
In addition, bacteria kept in dark rooms are closer to respiratory diseases than those that survive even exposure to the sun.
Hence, by leaving your roles open not only because you benefit from the vitamin D that you receive from the sun but also because you can escape respiratory diseases.
