30 minutes a day doing chores is good for your health and can make you live longer.
Researchers considered 6 thousand people, aged 65 to 99, for three years. During the study period, participants conducted several tests to determine the effects of exercise on their routine, and the results showed that at least 30 minutes of daily improvement in house activities could improve life expectancy by 12%.
And if you spend more than 30 minutes a day doing it, it's about 39%.
