German magazine Manager writes that Ilka Horstmeyer is the favourite for the post of head of the BMW human resources department.
The company, which declined to comment on the latest claims, is currently undergoing a process of high management reshuffle, broadcast Reuters.
Oliver Zipse replaced Harald Krueger as chief chief in August, leaving the production chief's post.
BMW announced yesterday that Millaghros Kainya Kareiro-Andre, a member of the Board of Directors responsible for human resources, will not seek a new mandate.
