Dear citizens,
I see that our political rivals are exploiting the time of the election campaign for pledges and various promises.
That would be all right if they didn't put their vows on their list, things that have already been accomplished by us.
I heard the PDK chairman's pledge, Mr. Kadri Wessel, who, if he becomes prime minister of the land for entrepreneurs, farmers and workers, will provide them with 1 euro per square metre and an use deadline for 99 years.
Let me remind you, Mr. Wessel, and whoever did not know, that this has been accomplished during my mandate as minister of commerce and industry through the creation of economic zones, and at even lower prices than you promised.
You actually cost this price.
The area within economic zones is given to businesses in use for a period of up to 99 years, as well as to facilitate use procedures.
Above all, the earth's space is given at a symbolic rate of escalation in the first 10 years, which at the maximum peak amounts to 15 euro cents per square metre.
By decision of the Ministry of Trade and Industry so far, nine (9) economic areas have been declared, respectively: Drenas Business Park, Mitrovica Business Park, Shtime Technological Park, Industrial Park in Frasher Mitrovica, Agro Industrial Zone in Suhareka, Industrial Park in Lipjan and Industrial Park in Vushtrri.
So your goal may be good, but it's too late, because we as minister and as Social Democrat Initiatives have recently put the citizen of Kosovo, the local processing producer, and that's why I feel very proud.
