Sleep
To relax after eating, it provokes burning stomachs at night, embarrassment, and breathing. The golden rule is not to eat at least a few hours before you go to bed.
Smoking
For many, a cigarette after eating is a ritual. It's one of the worst things you can do to your lungs. If you smoke, wait at least an hour after dinner to light a cigarette. Tobacco activity is linked to oxygen access to digestive treatment, causing the body to absorb more carcinogenic elements than normal. According to studies, a cigarette immediately after a meal is ten cigarettes at a time. It also increases the chances of intestinal and lung cancer.
