L.M. Unauthorized and for the purpose of distribution and sale, he possessed narcotic substances of the total marijuana type, 3kg and 245.1 grams, and 1.1 grams of seeds of the type of sativa cannabis and a scale, in his home in Peja, and in an annex of an uninhabited house used by the defendant.
