Dziffer's work and personality today has written all of the country's leaders, including Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselin and President Hashim Thaci.
And the very last two are seen in a previously unpublished photo.
The late Arbe Xhaferi, President Hashim Thaci, Speaker of the Parliament Kadri Veselini, former head of the Parliament, is now part of the Social Democrat Initiative, Jakup Krasniqi.
