Vitamin D is known as the sun's rays, because our body produces it when sunlight falls on our skin.
However, this vitamin is also found in certain foods, such as fish, eggs, and so forth. But it can also be taken through supplements.
The lack of vitamin D may cause some disorders that are linked to weak bones.
However, studies conducted by the Japanese do not rule out the possibility that a lack of vitamin D is related to certain other types of cancer, including the lung.
