Twitter shares user data with advertisers without their knowledge

Twitter noted that the problems had been noted “resolving the name names of users, which may not have worked as thought”, broadcast Kosovas.
He also says that specific user data, such as a country code, may have been shared with advertising partners since May 2018, even if users have not given permission to do so.
Twitter also said that since September 2018, advertising may be basing “on conclusions” made about equipment of users without their consent.
Such information was kept on Twitter and contained no passwords or email accounts, according to the company's official page.
The gaps were fixed on 5 August, while a Twitter investigation has been launched.
