Former soldier of KLA, Tomor Morina, was held in custody in Macedonia for more than two weeks after stopping at the Kosovo-Macedonia border, at Interpol's request following the international arrest issued by Serbia.
Telegram Macedonia earlier spoke with its defence lawyer, Naser Raufi, who has said it is a matter of hours for Morina to be released from prison and is now expected to bring the Justice Ministry to prison “Skopje”
Tomor Morina has been released on the afternoon of August 14th, with the decision that Serbia has failed to meet legal requirements for his extradition, on charges of crimes against humanity in the 1998 war.

Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court confirmed the court's decision not to extradite Morina. Earlier, Macedonia has detained Gafur Dugolli for the same reason, at Serbia's request for a crime against humanity.
