Renowned Kosovo publisher Flaka Surroi has recently published another writing about political developments at the Time portal and her Koha Ditore newspaper.

It appears that this writing was prepared before Vjosa Osman's candidacy for prime minister was declared and before the election date, which is October 6th, writes Periscope.
