Rilind Berisha, official at the Ministry of Justice, has been questioned by Special Court prosecutors in The Hague for two days.
The one on the second day has refused to answer special prosecutors' questions without the lawyer's presence, and in that case the interview has been interrupted.
One of the Special Court prosecutors has attempted to submit the case to the court following Riley Berisha's refusal to venture to answer the questions posed, and thus keep Rilindi in The Hague until a new decision.
According to newspaper sources “The new age” has had to intervene with Riley Berisha's lawyer for him to return to Kosovo today and not remain in The Hague.
Riley Berisha on July 18th had received an invitation from the Special Court to submit on August 5th for an interview in The Hague.
Riley was eight years old during the war, and through a post in her account at “Facebook”, he wrote that he did not know the reason for being interviewed by the Special Court./New age/
