Shkelzen Maliqi: Early elections lead to a hopeful political turn

He has stressed that elections would have to turn on disoriented society and power.

In an interview for “The new era”, Maliqi has declared that in these elections we must come up with the awareness that Kosovo's citizenship is not yet fully carried out.

According to him, without universal recognition, UN membership cannot be normal and accelerated development.

Maliqi has said that in these elections it would be better if the parties compete separately, however, he has not ruled out the possibility of coalitions.

But he has said the prime ministerial post will create problems for achieving these coalitions.
