I make all my efforts to live a healthy lifestyle,” tells Lopez PEOPLE in this week's summary.
Following strict, soothing diets, or a clear training schedule, the radiant superstar focuses on completing sufficient sleep at least 7 to 9 hours a night (“10 or 11 hours a day of rest” and drinks a lot of water.
Lopez dances in her home studio and combines her training routine with yoga and weight lifting.
And when it comes to eating habits, the beauty of the meal allows herself to enjoy it or to enjoy good things. I'm not a perfect food eater” she says, “but if I feel like I've been bad for a few days or if I'm trying to cut down a few pounds, have a protein drink at breakfast and dinner.
One of her favorites? A healthy cocktail made from sunflower butter, chocolate protein dust, and bananas.
Beyond feeding and training, she says that one of the keys to staying beautiful outside is to feed oneself spiritually. Lopez regularly meditates and suggests that you are always connected with the universe.
The results speak for themselves. “I'm just trying to take care of myself,” says the star of music that turned 50 in July. I think I'm dependent on this”
